Ingredients:

  • 2 racks baby back pork ribs

  • 2 tbsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp salt (from COSPRO grinder)

  • 1 tsp black pepper (from COSPRO grinder)

Steps:

  1. Mix paprika, sugar, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper to create a dry rub.

  2. Rub ribs generously and refrigerate for 2+ hours.

  3. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C), wrap ribs in foil, and bake for 2.5 hours.

  4. Finish on the grill with your favorite BBQ sauce for 10 minutes per side.
