Herb & Citrus Grilled Chicken Thighs with COSPRO 2-in-1 Grinder

Ingredients (serves 4):

  • 8 chicken thighs, skin-on

  • 1 lemon, zest and juice

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped

  • 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper using COSPRO 2-in-1 Grinder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F / 200°C).

  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon zest and juice, rosemary, thyme, and garlic.

  3. Pat the chicken thighs dry, then coat evenly with the herb-citrus mixture.

  4. Use your COSPRO 2-in-1 Grinder to season both sides of the chicken generously with salt and pepper.

  5. Grill chicken thighs for 6–8 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  6. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
