Ingredients (serves 2):

  • 2 ribeye or NY strip steaks (1–1.5 inch thick)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 tsp coarse salt (from COSPRO grinder)

  • 1 tsp black pepper (from COSPRO grinder)

  • 2–3 garlic cloves, smashed

  • Fresh rosemary or thyme sprig

Optional: mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a holiday salad

Steps:

  1. Pat steaks dry and season generously on both sides with freshly ground salt and pepper using your COSPRO Grinder.

  2. Heat a skillet over high heat and add olive oil.

  3. Sear the steaks 2–3 minutes per side until a golden crust forms.

  4. Add butter, rosemary, and garlic; baste the steaks for 1–2 minutes.

  5. Rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
