Ingredients (serves 4):

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 cups corn kernels (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 potato, diced

  • 3 cups vegetable or chicken broth

  • 1 cup heavy cream or milk

Steps:
