Ingredients (serves 2):

  • 2 ribeye or sirloin steaks

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 cloves garlic, smashed

  • 1 sprig rosemary or thyme (optional)

  • 1 tsp salt (from COSPRO grinder)

  • 1 tsp black pepper (from COSPRO grinder)

Steps:

  1. Remove steaks from fridge 20 minutes before cooking.

  2. Season both sides generously with freshly ground salt and pepper using COSPRO Grinder.

  3. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add oil.

  4. Sear steaks 3–4 minutes per side until golden crust forms.

  5. Lower heat, add butter, garlic, and herbs.

  6. Spoon melted garlic butter over steaks for 1–2 minutes.

  7. Rest steaks for 5 minutes, then finish with one final grind of black pepper before serving.
